As an instructor at iFLY, you will be a key member of the operations and guest experience team. You will guide our customers throughout their indoor skydiving journey, delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish. What we offer you:

  • A salary ranging from €2,000 to €4,000 per month
including a generous commission structure on your sales and services

  • Comprehensive training throughout your journey to join the flight team

  • A range of employee benefits

  • Regular flight time allocated for your own wind tunnel training

We are proud that our team brings together a wide diversity of personalities, cultures, and backgrounds. As a fully inclusive employer, we believe this diversity is our strength.

The values all our instructors share:

  • A constant commitment to Safety

  • An extravagant Passion for customer service and sales

  • A strong sense of Responsibility toward themselves and others

  • A culture of Respect for the team and the company

  • An open, friendly, and welcoming personality

  • An excellent work ethic

  • A real ambition to grow and actively contribute to iFLY’s success

All team members take part in sales: it is therefore essential that you feel comfortable clearly presenting our packages, prices, and additional options to customers, so they enjoy the best possible experience.

For us, every customer is a VIP.

You will naturally spend much of your time in our state-of-the-art wind tunnels, with variable hours adapted to our 7-days-a-week schedule.

You will also go through a mandatory qualification period during which you will carry out reception, sales, and customer service tasks, starting with the front desk team before joining the flight team. This stage will allow you to become familiar with the overall functioning of the company while getting to know our wonderful customers and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will eventually include: sales, safety training, equipment checks, supervising customers during their flight, debriefing activities, and technically controlling the wind tunnel speed. You will also occasionally assist with reception and front desk duties. In short, you will do everything possible to ensure every customer leaves fully satisfied.

Finally, we expect every team member to actively contribute to maintaining a dynamic, respectful, friendly, and motivating work environment. Coming to work at iFLY should always remain a pleasure.

Due to the physical demands of the role, certain prerequisites must be met. See details here.
